Booty & Core is a special reformer pilates workout that focuses more on training the glutes, leg muscles and core muscles. You can participate in the workout if you have completed the basic level of reformer pilates and progressed to advanced workouts.

Parking around the building is free for 1 hour with a parking clock.
Entrance
Access to the studio is possible from two places: the door on Põhja street side or the door on the Pärnu Concert Hall side. The studio is located on the first floor. There is a STUDIO 43 PILATES sign on the entrance door.
Transport
You can reach the Pärnu studio by car, on foot, by bicycle, or by public transport.
